is a tenant improvement project for the flagship location of a "fast casual" restaurant in downtown Los Angeles. The concept of Simply Salad is to provide healthy, quick, and affordable food as an alternative to the typical fast food chain. There is a strong focus on being environmentally responsible; from getting the ingredients locally, having utensils and tablewares made from renewable, biodegradable resources, to the material selection and construction of the space. The design is "clean and crisp" with an understated aesthetic, letting the food be the star.
